Is it safe to shop from your site (COVID-19 update)?
We are taking all necessary steps to follow the WHO and local authorities guidelines. When packing, we constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. For all the textiles delivered after the 10.3.2020. we have organized a special quarantine area where they remain for fourteen days. We especially protect people who manage imported textiles and observe their health status. All our deliveries are made by DHL and GLS, companies that follow WHO guidelines. When delivering orders and collecting returns, our drivers are regularly washing their hands and carrying hand sanitizer. We are monitoring their health and wellbeing so they can do their job to the highest standard. ur priority is the safety of our customers, employees, and partners.
How do I place an order?
First, pick out the products you’d like to buy. You can find products in one of the provided categories or by using the search engine (upper right side). Click the ‘Add to cart’ button next to the product you want to buy. Then, click either ‘continue buying’ or ‘complete the purchase’, depending on whether or not all the products you initially wanted to buy are already in your cart. Fill out the necessary information in the required fields in the cart section. Pay special attention to the second and third step so that you’ll fill out the delivery and payment details correctly. If you have a discount code or a gift card, you will have to add that information in the ‘Add Discount Code’ field. Finally, look over your order once more, click ‘Complete purchase’ and ‘Pay’. You will see your order number and receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. If you do not see the order number or receive a confirmation e-mail, the order was not successfully received. In that case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you already know which products you want to order, you can place an order through the ‘Quick order’ option.
Do I have to register to place an order?
Registration is not required, but we recommend you do it nonetheless because it’s an easy way to avoid filling out your information section every time you order something from our online shop. Once you’ve registered, you’ll get an overview of your previous orders and you will be among the first to be notified on any sales or benefits. This way, you can also collect reward points. Your personal information is secure and will never be shared with third parties.
I forgot my password – what do I do?
At the sign in page you will find the forgotten password link. By clicking on ‘I forgot my password’, a new password will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve used to register on our website.
What are my payment options?
You can pay using a credit or a debit card (Maestro, Visa, Premium Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners). More details can be found under ‘Payment Conditions’.
How long does it take for standard delivery?
The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days for countries in Europe, and 3-10 days for countries outside of Europe. The days are counted from the day the payment is received.

Where do you deliver?
Besides Croatia, we deliver to the rest of Europe as well as worldwide, except for Russia.
How much are the delivery fees?
Delivery is free in Croatia and other European countries if the order amounts to more than 200,- EUR (VAT incl.). For deliveries under 200,- EUR in Croatia and other European countries, the entire delivery fee is to be paid by the buyer. For deliveries to countries outside of Europe, the buyer pays the delivery fees for orders that amount to less than 1.000,- USD. The customer pays the delivery fees for orders amounting to less than EUR 200,00. In that case, delivery costs are EUR 20,00 for all European countries, and USD 35,00 for countries outside of Europe.

Can I return purchased products?
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the day they receive the package. Find more information on returns in the ‘Returns and complaints’ tab.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, you can place an order for any amount.
How do I know that the package has been sent?
Information on the purchase and a confirmation of order dispatchment will be sent to your e-mail address.
