Customers’ personal information obtained through the website is protected and held secure permanently in line with the Act on Personal Data Protection. Personal information on the customers will be used exclusively for the purpose of forming and fulfilling contracts and services that these general terms pertain to. Personal details may also be used to inform the customer about any offers, updates and other similar information of relevance. All details about the users and customers are severely secured and available only to designated employees and those who require the information to fulfil their jobs successfully. The customer has the right to request amendments, additions or the deletion of personal details at any moment. The customer also has the right to object to the processing of their personal details for the purpose of informing the customer.

The customer guarantees that the information they provide is correct and up-to-date, and by accepting the Terms of Service confirms that they consent to their information being used for the aforementioned purposes.

All communication pertaining to the process of ordering and concluding selling contracts between the seller and the customer is done through e-mails and/or through phone numbers that the customer cites while registering.

In case of a legal procedure before a court, the applicable court is the court in the territory of the seller’s headquarters.

The Head of the personal data collection is XD FASHION GROUP d.o.o. The head of the personal data collection sets up, leads and records for each personal data collection, and keeps detailed information on the collection, especially for the following: the name of the collection, the name of the head of the collection and their headquarters or address, the purpose of processing, the legal basis of setting up the collection, categories to which the information pertains, the type of information kept in the data collection, the way in which information is collected and kept, the time period of keeping and using that information, the name or title of the recipient of the collection and their address, the indication of the import or export of the data from the Republic of Croatia with the country marker or international organization and the recipient of the personal details and the purpose of importing or exporting the data as given by an international agreement, act or another rule, or a written note of consent from the person to whom data pertains to, an indication of the measures of data protection.

Consenting to the collection and processing of personal information

By ticking the box ‘I agree with the proposed use of my personal details’ on the membership form for the XD Loyalty Program, members agree to give out their personal details for the purpose of carrying out the XD Loyalty Program. The party tasked with processing of the obtained data is XD FASHION GROUP d.o.o. Ksajpa 2/A, Šenkovec, 40000 Čakovec. The purpose of processing the information is using the XD Loyalty Program perks and the related marketing activities (e.g. notifications about seasonal discounts). The following information will be used: name and surname, address, gender, birth date, ID number, phone number, e-mail address.

These personal details will not be sold to third parties or commercialized in any other way. To ensure protection of private data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alterations or from unauthorised access to or giving away of information, the organizer uses technical and organisational safety measures. Possible changes in information requirements and requirements for access, amendments or deletion of personal details, as well as exercising the right to transfer details and to revoke consent, are to be registered with the organizer simply by sending an email to [email protected] or sent to the address of the organizer.
